- The caliper head adopts the brake band braking method, the braking torque is large, the operation is simple, and it is easy to adjust and replace.
- The shell is made of low-alloy manganese steel plate, which increases the overall rigidity of the power tong. The jaw plates, tooth seats and gears of various specifications are made of alloy steel forgings, and are processed by heat treatment to ensure that the power tong has the highest torque at the maximum torque. enough strength.
- The main and back clamp reset knobs are designed as reset handles, which are flexible in operation and easy and safe to reset.
- The clamping coupling of the back clamp adopts the clamping liquid cylinder to push the plate action device, and the clamping is reliable.
- Hydraulic system control adopts hydraulic valve group to ensure the reliable action of the back clamp, adjust the oil supply pressure, and obtain the best torque required when various steel grade pipe strings are made up.
- The lengthened guide rod is adopted, and the back clamp can clamp the coupling or joint as well as the pipe body.
- The front and rear displacements of the combined tongs are driven by transfer cylinders for users to choose and use. The operation is easy, labor intensity is reduced, labor-saving and safe.
- The main tong is equipped with a safety door and a hydraulic valve group self-locking linkage device. When the safety door is in the open position, the handle of the manual reversing valve of the power tong is in the locked position, which is convenient and safe to operate (this device is a patent developed by our company, patent number: ZL 2008 2 0160143.9).
- The whole machine is equipped with a hydraulic torque indicating instrument, and has a torque meter installation interface and a lap measurement interface for users to choose and use, which is convenient for computer management.
