ZQ203-100II drill pipe power clamp is a replacement product of ZQ203-100 drill pipe power clamp. Its torque is larger, and hydraulic boom and other devices are installed. The height of the clamp body can be adjusted at any time, with a higher degree of mechanization. It can be widely used in drilling (repairing) wells in petroleum mines.

This tong adopts hydraulic and pneumatic control system so it enhances working reliability.
- The upper and lower clamp structure is adopted to avoid the possibility of bending the drill string under the action of high torque and prevent the drill string from slipping in the slip.
Upper tong integrates with lower tong to avoid twisting drill pipe bent in big torque operation and to prevent slipping in caliper.
- The pliers adopt a light and flexible pliers floating scheme, which greatly simplifies the hoisting. The automatic centering and clamping mechanism can ensure reliable clamping of the old and new joints.
This tong has adopted flexible and lighter floating tong head so that the handling is easy and simple, the automatic centralizing mechanism could ensure clamping new or old joint reliable.
- The enhanced clamp body and safety door effectively limit the deformation of the clamp head during high torque operation.
The enhanced tong body and safety door could prevent tong head from deformation during large torqueoperation.
- The unique slope plate and wedge block connection structure in the pliers head is extremely convenient for disassembly and maintenance.
The special ramp in the tong head and wedge piece connection structure make the maintenance simpleand easy.
- The pneumatic tire clutch does not stop the shift mechanism, which is easy to operate, the torque and speed can be controlled, and the maximum torque and speed can be generated in the forward and reverse directions.
Operation is easy and simple with pneumatic tyre clutch non-stop shifting mechanism, Torque and speed can be controlled. It can get the biggest torque and the highest speed in clockwise or counter-clockwise.
- It is equipped with a large-diameter manual reversing pressure regulating valve, which realizes large-torque automatic unloading and effectively protects the thread of the drill string joint.
This tong has equipped hand control and adjusting valve with big diameter hose, so it could unloadautomatically during large torque and protect the drill pipe joint screw efficiently.
- Hydraulic boom is adopted to lift the height of the clamp body, and the cylinder is pushed to transfer the clamp body position without manual displacement of the clamp body.
This tong has adopted hydraulic lift to raise or decrease the height of tong itself, the moving cylinder could move the tong position so it could save labor.
